JOOMLAPEOPLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:You should carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read, understood, agreed and accepted to comply to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
Terms and Conditions:
Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site by JoomlaPeople (the “products”) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company.
1. Limited usage granted:
Your membership grants you the rights to use the JoomlaPeople templates on as many concurrent sites as described below. For example, a 3 month membership entitles you to use any JoomlaPeople template on a maximum of 2 sites. If you renew your membership for 1 year, you are entitled to use the templates on an additional 5 sites, for a total of maximum 7 sites. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use our templates on all 7 sites, so the templates are not time-limited. If you wish to use a template for a non-profit site, they do not count against your maximumn concurrent template usages (qualifications for a non-profit site). If you wish to use the templates for multiple clients or sites, you should purchase the Developer level membership or contact us directly to negotiate a suitable solution. The Developer level of membership grants unlimited implementations of JoomlaPeople templates as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.

Professional members need to renew their Developer account if they wish to continue to deploy JoomlaPeople templates to new clients after their existing Developer membership has expired.
2. Modifications:
You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release these modifications as GPL or otherwise. Further, it is in violation of terms to change or remove the copyright information in the header of the xml descriptor file. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of JoomlaPeople templates if needed. Please read the Q&A section regarding this if you have further questions. Porting to other platforms and content management systems and/or redistributing as GPL or otherwise is also strictly prohibited. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.
3. Unauthorized use:
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from JoomlaPeople. Contact us if you require further clarifications.
4. Updates:
All templates are always designed for the latest version of Joomla and Mambo, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of these CMS’s. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions.
5. Delivery:
After we have succesfully received your payment, your JoomlaPeople membership information will be emailed to the email adress you provided. This may take up to 1 hour but usually happens within minutes. Should you not have received this information please check your spamfilters. You can also contact us through our website should you not receive an email after the above mentioned timeperiod. Upon logging in with the provided credentials, JoomlaPeople members will have instant access to all templates and club forum. During the membership term, full access will be provided to the templates and the forums. After membership has expired, download access is removed, and forum access is limited, usage rights continue however. Note: Your order can be pending for manual antifraud check up from Paypal.
6. Assignability:
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from JoomlaPeople.
7. Ownership:
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of JoomlaPeople. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical
person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
8. Use of Content:
You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer. Notice: Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is only for demonstration use.
9. Refund policy:
Since JoomlaPeople is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue credits, exchanges or refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
10. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues. The use of published postal addresses, telephone or fax numbers and email addresses for marketing purposes is not permitted, offenders sending unwanted spam messages will be punished.
11. Warranty:
JoomlaPeople does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components as there is currently no certification process for such components. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates as we can not guarantee that JoomlaPeople templates will work with all browser combinations.
12. Support:
JoomlaPeople offers these templates and designs ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and modules. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of Mambo/Joomla etc. A private members-only forum is available to Template Club members. JoomlaPeople does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions.
